Student Groups

Are you a student in ECE, HDFS, or a related field? Are you interested in growing your leadership skills? Then perhaps a student group is for you! These groups of students work with faculty advisors at Nevada's community colleges and universities to develop goals and objectives, conduct regular meetings, sponsor special events, and provide support and networking opportunities for individuals who are studying in the field of Early Childhood Education.

Student groups function both as student organizations on their respective campuses, as well as in partnership with the Nevada AEYC. Students who are currently members of NevAEYC are encouraged to participate in the student groups on their campuses. A representative of each student group attends the NevAEYC Governing Board meetings and acts as liaison for their student group.
