Welcome to T.E.A.C.H. Early Childhood ® Nevada. T.E.A.C.H. Early Childhood ® Nevada is a part of Nevada's early childhood educational development system and is designed to address the lack of early childhood specialization, inadequate compensation, high turn-over rate, and the lack of recognition for Early Care Providers in Nevada. T.E.A.C.H. Early Childhood ® Nevada provides scholarships for Home Care Providers, Center Teachers and Aides, Center Directors, and early childhood facility owners working in a licensed facility at least 30* hours a week.

The scholarship provides 80% of tuition, 80% of books, a $50 stipend per semester for travel, and a $100 to $500 bonus. Scholarship recipients are also provided paid release time from work and a bonus or wage increase from their employer. The recipient of the scholarship commits to working for the sponsoring center for six months to one year, following the completion of 9-15 college credits. T.E.A.C.H. Early Childhood ® Nevada Scholarship Recipients can attend Truckee Meadows Community College, The College of Southern Nevada, Western Nevada College, Great Basin College, the University of Nevada, Reno, and the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
